Question: How do I download the iClicker program from the flash drive and set it up?
Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Open the flash drive on the computer and identify the proper folder for your computer Note: the images in Step 2 and 4 are shown from a Windows processing system. Images may be contain slight differences if you are using a Mac.
This folder holds the iClicker program. You can run the iClicker program directly from the flash drive (recommended if you are using a campus computer) or from your personal computer. Note: If you are using a Mac, you must drag the folder into your Applications to ensure proper setup.
Open the iClicker program in the folder.
A loading screen will appear, please wait until the next prompt to continue.
Select the language that you wish to use and click OK.
You will be asked to register with iClicker. Fill out the sections with your Washington University information. When filling out the Primary Institution box, start typing in Washington University in St. Louis and select it from the options.
Click Get Started on the next screen.
To create a course in the iClicker system, click on Create in the home screen.
Enter a name to describe your course, it does not have to match the course title in Canvas. Click Create.
