Self-efficacy is defined as belief in one’s ability to achieve a goal or a particular task and can significantly impact a diverse learner’s sense of belonging in the classroom and academic outcomes in a course. In this workshop, we will discuss the factors and strategies that can positively affect student self-efficacy.
