Introductory Level; Provides preparation for Mentored Teaching Experience and foundation in effective teaching strategies
Laboratory classes provide students with first-hand experience with course concepts and with the opportunity to explore methods used by scientists in their discipline, presenting challenges and opportunities that differ from those in a standard classroom environment. This workshop is designed to help assistants to instructors plan for and successfully teach in the laboratory setting.
This workshop is offered twice during October (listed as separate events on this calendar). Each assistant to course instructor should register for one session.
