Blackboard Tests: Problems submitting completed tests

Faculty and students are currently reporting that they are experiencing intermittent problems submitting completed tests. The Blackboard inline grading tool migration from Crocodoc to New Box View was completed on January 9, 2018 as expected and access to assignments has been restored.
