1. On the touch-panel control screen, check to make sure that "picture mute" is not selected and that you have selected the correct source.
2. Select a new source and then re-select your original source; please allow a few seconds between selections.
3. If using a laptop, toggle function key with monitor picture by pressing Ctrl + function key (F#, with # dependent on laptop model). Please allow a few seconds between toggles.

• If using an Apple MacIntosh laptop, make sure that “mirroring” has been enabled.
