Discussions can be a productive way to encourage and measure active learning in the classroom. However, effective discussions do not just "happen." In this workshop, graduate students will learn specific strategies to ensure that the discussions they lead in the classroom achieve their pedagogical goals. Presenter: Beth Fisher, Ph.D., Assistant Director of the Teaching Center.

Seating in the workshop is limited, and registration is required.
