Participation in this interactive workshop will help graduate-student TAs develop expertise in addressing the factors that shape perceptions of a TA’s authority and how that authority can be used to create and maintain an inclusive, challenging, and fair classroom environment.
Presenter: Bryn Lutes, Ph.D., Assistant Director, The Teaching Center
This workshop is offered two times during September (both listed as separate events on this calendar). Each TA should register for one session: Sept. 14 or Sept. 15. Priority registration will open on Aug. 31, and regular registration will open on Sept. 7
Registration is required, and seating is limited.
