Inclusive Teaching Practices in STEM: Applying Research on Stereotype Threat and Growth Mindset

This workshop will provide an opportunity to learn how to develop and incorporate instructional strategies that can create inclusive learning environments and improve learning for all students in STEM classrooms.
This is a foundational workshop for the WU-CIRTL program.

This workshop is open to Washington University graduate students beyond their first year and postdoctoral appointees in STEM, and is part of the STEM Pedagogies series. Registration for this workshop will open Thursday, January 21st.
Participating in advanced-level workshops for graduate students does not satisfy departmental requirements to attend introductory-level Teaching Center workshops. The departmental requirements are satisfied by participation in TA-Training workshops.
